So, what makes swimming so good for you?
Swimming provides high resistance and low impact, making it a skill you can continue to do as you get older. It’s a whole-body workout, alleviates stress, and improves cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and strength.

Everyone is welcome at our Adult Squad - and you can turn up to any session for a free trial. No bookings required, just show up and give it a go! Our wonderful coach, Brett, will be able to guide you through the session and adjust it to suit your needs, as well as help you get the most out of your swimming no matter what your goals are.
